How to enroll

COURSES

FIMA membership fees: €25, a one-time charge to be added to the course fee.

For Afternoon Ensembles Courses: students already enrolled in at least one other course (individual or ensemble) may attend ensemble courses free of charge; for enrollment in a single Afternoon Ensemble Course only (no enrollments in other courses) the fee is €225 + FIMA membership fee.

An advance payment of €200 is required at the time of registration, with the balance due by 20 June 2026, net of any postal or bank charges, to be transferred to:

Auditor enrollment:

Auditor (morning and/or afternoon) - a non-refundable payment of €25 (FIMA membership) + €100 is required in a single instalment.

Registration is exclusively via the online enrollment form which requires payment of the deposit by bank transfer.

ERDIS - UNIVERSITY COLLEGES RESIDENCE

Rooms in the University Residence are available only to students enrolled on courses at Urbino Musica Antica.

To access the accommodation and canteen services, you must register on the website www.erdis.it

To register, follow the steps set out in this DOCUMENT.

Erdis direction accepts students under 18 only if accompanied by an adult: please contact directly the Fima office: segreteria@fima-online.org.

Single and double rooms are available WITH SHARED BATHROOMS AND WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING: SEE ACCOMMODATIONS AND PRICES

UPDATE: Rooms at the CASA DELLA STUDENTESSA (Via Cesare Battisti 18, Urbino) are now FULLY BOOKED.

THE COST OF THE ACCOMMODATION MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY JULY 05, 2026
